Who this policy covers
RVABro is based in Richmond, Virginia. This policy explains how we handle information from visitors to this website and people who contact us through it.
This policy applies to RVABro’s website at rvabro.com and inquiries submitted through it.
For a privacy question or request, email kiryako.sharikas@gmail.com.
Information you share
Growth Assessment. The form asks for your name, email address, company, business type, services of interest, and what you want to improve. You can also provide your website, timing, and a scope from the Website Estimator. We receive the information you choose to submit, along with submission details such as the time and page used.
Email. If you email us or reply to a message, we receive your address, message, and any attachments you send. Please leave out passwords, payment details, and sensitive personal information that we do not need to discuss your project.
Website Estimator. Calculations happen in your browser. Changing options does not create an inquiry. If you carry an estimate into the assessment, we receive and save those details only when you submit that assessment.
A shared estimate link contains the selected scope in the part of the URL after the # symbol. It is encoded, not encrypted. Anyone with that link can view the scope, and the link may remain in browser history. Downloaded or printed briefs stay with you unless you share them.
How we use your information
We use inquiry details to understand your project, answer questions, discuss services, and keep a record of our conversation. We use technical information to deliver the website, investigate errors, and protect it from abuse.
Assessment submissions are stored in the website’s Elementor submissions database. Elementor’s Email Deliverability service, also called Site Mailer, sends a notification to our Gmail inbox. Follow-up is handled in Gmail.
We do not add inquiries to a CRM or marketing mailing list, send them to an AI tool for analysis, or sell them. Submitting the form does not sign you up for a newsletter. The current form sends a notification to RVABro; it does not send an automatic email to the visitor.
Cookies and technical information
When you visit, the systems that host and protect this website receive technical information such as your IP address, browser information, requested pages, request times, and security events. GoDaddy provides hosting, Cloudflare helps deliver and protect the site, and Wordfence provides website security.
Security cookies. Cloudflare sets a cookie named __cf_bm to help identify automated traffic. Cloudflare says it expires after 30 minutes of continuous inactivity. Other security or sign-in cookies can apply when a security check is needed or an authorized user signs in. See Cloudflare’s cookie information.
Browser storage. Elementor can use local or session storage for interface and popup behavior. Our estimator and assessment scripts do not save your entered details in local storage or session storage. Your browser may separately remember form entries through its own autofill settings.
Fonts and avatars. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google to request them. Some older WordPress content also displays Gravatar images, which connect to Automattic. These requests disclose your IP address and other request information to the provider.
We have not enabled advertising pixels or marketing analytics on this website. Security and hosting logs still operate. You can manage cookies and stored site data in your browser; blocking them may affect sign-in, security checks, or some site features.
Services that process information
We use the following services to operate the website and handle messages. They process information needed to provide their services and may use their own service providers.
GoDaddy: website hosting, stored site records, and hosting operations. GoDaddy privacy notice.
Cloudflare and Wordfence (Defiant): traffic protection and security processing. Wordfence is set to log security traffic and can send visitor IP addresses to its servers for location lookups. Cloudflare privacy policy · Wordfence privacy information.
Elementor Site Mailer: delivery of form notifications, including their contents, and delivery records. The optional setting that shows email bodies in its log is currently off. This does not prevent the service from processing a message to deliver it. Site Mailer privacy policy.
Google: Gmail stores inquiry messages and our replies; Google Fonts delivers website fonts. Google privacy policy · Google Fonts privacy information.
Automattic / Gravatar: avatar images on older WordPress content. Automattic privacy policy.
These providers may process information in the United States and other countries. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, or a security issue. Links to other websites lead to services governed by their own privacy policies.
How long information stays
We do not currently have a fixed automatic deletion schedule for inquiry records in Elementor or Gmail. Records can remain in those systems until they are manually deleted. You can contact us to ask for deletion.
Service logs follow different schedules. Elementor documents a 30-day retention period for Site Mailer email logs. Wordfence’s Live Traffic log is currently limited to 30 days and 2,000 entries. These limits do not apply to the separate assessment record or the copy in Gmail.
Deletion from an active system may not immediately remove copies held in backups or provider logs. Some records may need to remain for legal obligations, resolving disputes, or security. We will explain any relevant limit when responding to a request.
Your choices and requests
You can browse the site and use the estimator without submitting an inquiry. Optional form fields can be left blank. Required fields are needed to send the assessment through the form; you can also contact us directly by email.
To ask what inquiry information we hold about you, correct it, or request deletion, email kiryako.sharikas@gmail.com. Include the email address you used and enough context to locate the conversation. We may ask for information needed to verify that the request is yours.
You can also ask us to stop following up about your inquiry. Depending on where you live and which privacy laws apply, you may have additional rights. We will respond to applicable requests as required by those laws.
Security and children’s information
The website uses HTTPS and access-controlled administration. Hosting and security services help us operate and protect it, but no website or email system can guarantee complete security.
This is a business-services website and is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can review and address it.
Updates and contact
We will update this page when our website or information-handling practices change. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
