VIDEO & CREATIVE

Video and creative that give people a reason to pay attention.

The right creative makes an idea easier to understand and an offer easier to recognize. RVABro Media develops campaign concepts, video, product and brand imagery, and channel-specific assets around what you need to communicate.

We start with the audience and the place the work will appear. That keeps the message connected as it moves from an ad to a landing page, product page, or website. Filming and photography are available nationwide, with travel and local production partners scoped for each project.

THE STARTING POINT

Make the message clear before making more assets.

A growing folder of graphics won't help much if the offer is still hard to explain. We work through the message, the evidence behind it, and the action you want the audience to take. Then we choose the formats and production approach that fit the job.

HOW WE WORK

Agree on the idea, then build the pieces it needs.

01

Write the brief

Clarify the audience, message, intended action, placements, and existing assets.

02

Choose the direction

Review the concept, visual approach, and production requirements before making the final assets.

03

Create and review

Develop the agreed work and review message, accuracy, and presentation through the revision rounds included in the proposal. Additional rounds or changes to the approved brief are scoped separately.

04

Prepare for use

Deliver final exports for the agreed channels, using the file formats, aspect ratios, lengths, and number of versions specified in the proposal. Include clear version labels and relevant usage information. Editable project files and raw footage or photos are delivered after final payment only when explicitly included in the proposal.

Platforms and tools

Creative may be developed for websites and product pages, as well as placements on Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Meta advertising. The deliverables follow the channels selected for the project.

How we evaluate the work

We judge the work first against the brief: is the message clear, is it accurate, and does it fit the placement? When campaign or website data is available, we can use it to inform the next creative round.

Campaign concepts and visual direction

A campaign concept gives the work a central idea. Visual direction defines how that idea should look and feel across the assets you need.

We develop a direction you can review before production, including the opening message, supporting visuals, and fit with your brand. We also work through where the campaign will run, what material you already have, and which assets to create first.

The scope can include

  • Audience, message, and creative brief
  • Proposed concepts and visual references
  • An asset plan tied to the campaign's placements

A useful starting point if: You're preparing a campaign or launch and need a clear idea before investing in production.

Video planning and production

Video planning and production turns a message into a sequence people can follow. We define what the viewer needs to understand, then shape the script, visuals, and editing around that purpose.

The format might be a short ad, a product demonstration, or an explanation for your website. We work out what footage, graphics, voice, and supporting material the piece needs, using suitable existing assets where possible. RVABro offers direct filming and coordinates production partners when the project calls for additional support. Post-production includes video editing, color correction, audio cleanup, captions, and motion graphics, with the production scope agreed per project. We define responsibilities, review stages, and final formats before work begins.

The scope can include

  • Video brief, script or outline, and production plan
  • Direct filming or coordination with production partners
  • Video editing, color correction, audio cleanup, captions, and motion graphics within the agreed project scope
  • Final exports for agreed channels, with file formats, aspect ratios, lengths, and version counts specified in the proposal

A useful starting point if: You need to show how something works, explain a service, or communicate an offer through video.

Product and brand imagery

Product and brand imagery helps customers see what you offer and understand the details words alone may miss. We plan and develop imagery for the pages and placements where it will be used.

Product imagery can show scale, features, or details a customer needs to see. For a service business, photographs can show the people, place, or process behind the work. We review existing material and identify what to create, edit, or adapt. RVABro offers direct photography and coordinates production partners according to the project. The images should set accurate expectations and fit your brand across the website and campaigns.

The scope can include

  • Image requirements and visual direction
  • Direct photography or coordination with production partners, plus agreed image selection or editing
  • Prepared assets for the specified website and campaign uses

A useful starting point if: Your imagery is inconsistent, dated, or missing the details customers need to evaluate the business or product.

Ad variations and channel-specific assets

Channel-specific assets adapt a creative idea to the format and context in which people will see it. Ad variations give you different messages or approaches to evaluate.

A website video may need a different opening, pace, or crop in a social feed. We adapt it for each placement while keeping the offer recognizable. Variations can test a different benefit, visual, or call to action, with files organized by placement and version.

The scope can include

  • A placement and asset requirements list
  • Scoped copy, visual, or video variations
  • Organized final exports for agreed channels, with file formats, aspect ratios, lengths, and version counts specified in the proposal

A useful starting point if: You have a strong core idea but need practical versions for multiple ads, platforms, or page placements.

A FEW PRACTICAL DETAILS

Questions you may have

Can you work with the footage and images we already have?

Yes, subject to their quality, suitability, and usage rights. Reviewing existing material is part of planning. We can identify what can be reused, what needs editing, and what is missing.

What kind of video do we need?

Start with what the viewer needs to understand and where they'll watch it. A product demonstration, a website explanation, and a social ad have different jobs. We use that context to recommend a format and production approach.

Can one video be used across several channels?

Often, but each placement may need a different length, crop, opening, or caption treatment. Planning those versions early helps the production support more than one use. The number of versions is agreed in the scope.

Do you handle filming and photography directly?

Yes. RVABro offers direct filming and photography nationwide, and we also coordinate production partners depending on the project. Travel and local production partners are scoped per project. We agree on who will deliver each part, along with location, crew, editing, and usage requirements, before quoting the work.

What post-production services do you offer?

We offer video editing, color correction, audio cleanup, captions, and motion graphics. We agree on the production scope for each project, based on the source material, message, and intended use.

How do revisions work?

Each proposal defines the included revision rounds. Additional rounds or changes to the approved brief are scoped separately, so we can agree on the extra work before proceeding.

What files and usage rights are included?

Delivery includes final exports for the agreed channels. Each proposal specifies the file formats, aspect ratios, lengths, and number of versions. Editable project files and raw footage or photos are included only when explicitly listed in the proposal and are delivered after final payment. After final payment, you receive usage rights to the final creative assets for the channels and uses defined in the proposal, subject to third-party licensing and talent restrictions.
