WEBSITES & E-COMMERCE
Website design and development built around how your customers decide.
Your website should help visitors understand what you offer, find the details they need, and take the next step. RVABro Media plans, designs, and develops websites around that experience.
From a service business website to an online store, we bring structure, content, design, and development into the same conversation. We work with businesses nationwide on new websites and focused improvements to existing ones.
THE STARTING POINT
Your business has moved forward. Your website should reflect it.
Maybe the site no longer explains what you do. Maybe customers can't find the right product, or your team struggles to update a page. We begin by understanding what's getting in the way, then define a scope that addresses it. That may be a new website, a better page structure, or a smaller set of changes to the experience you already have.
HOW WE WORK
A clear scope before the build. A usable site at the end.
01
Define the work
Review your goals, current site, content, integrations, and the tasks visitors need to complete. Complete the website discovery questionnaire to help us prepare. It’s encouraged before our call, but not required.
02
Plan and design
Agree on the structure and page requirements, then review the design with representative content.
03
Build and review
Develop the pages and agreed features, checking layouts and key actions across devices.
04
Prepare for launch
Review launch requirements, measurement, and responsibilities for ongoing care. Include client training and practical documentation for routine content updates, with topics and format agreed in the project scope. After final payment, hand over the custom work, administrator access, and relevant source and design files, with third-party license terms identified.
Platforms and tools
We build and improve websites on WordPress and Shopify. Our platform experience also includes Squarespace and Webflow. We recommend a platform based on your content, selling requirements, integrations, and how your team will maintain the site. You hold and pay for your own hosting and platform accounts; RVABro Media handles setup and coordination.
How we evaluate the work
We define success around the website's purpose: completed inquiries, bookings, purchases, or another agreed action. We also review whether visitors can use the key pages and whether your team can manage the content it needs to update.

Website strategy and information architecture
Website strategy defines what the site needs to do for your business and its visitors. Information architecture organizes the pages, navigation, and content so people can find what they need.
We start with the decisions your customers make: whether you offer the right service, whether a product meets their needs, or whether it's time to get in touch. We map those questions to pages and actions, review existing content, and identify what's missing. The result gives design and development a shared direction and helps you see the scope before the build begins.
The scope can include
- Audience, website goals, and priority user journeys
- Proposed sitemap and navigation structure
- Page requirements, content inventory, and scope priorities
A useful starting point if: You are planning a new site, reorganizing an existing one, or unsure which pages and features you actually need.

Responsive website design and development
Responsive website design and development creates pages that remain clear and usable across screen sizes. We connect the visual design to working layouts, navigation, and the features agreed for your project.
We review the design with real content, then build and check the pages across screen sizes. That includes mobile reading, forms, keyboard use, image delivery, and the tools your team will use to update content. Platform choices, integrations, and content migration are agreed in the project scope. Ongoing maintenance is available separately, covering updates, backups, routine checks, and troubleshooting as applicable to the platform.
After final payment, you own the custom work created for your project and receive administrator access and the relevant source and design files. Third-party platforms, themes, plugins, and assets remain subject to their own licenses. You purchase and renew paid themes, plugins, and other project software directly, with RVABro advising on selection and setup.
The scope can include
- Page designs and a reusable visual system
- Responsive development on the agreed platform
- Migration of existing pages and media, with content, data, redirects, and testing scoped separately
- Pre-launch checks of the delivered pages and key actions
- Client training and practical documentation for routine content updates, with topics and format agreed in the project scope
- Separately scoped ongoing maintenance: updates, backups, routine checks, and troubleshooting as applicable to the platform
- Ownership of the custom project work, administrator access, and relevant source and design files after final payment, subject to third-party license terms
A useful starting point if: Your current website is difficult to use, difficult to update, or no longer presents the business you want customers to see.
03 - Websites & E-commerce
E-commerce and product-page improvements
E-commerce improvements help customers find the right product, evaluate it, and move toward a purchase. We review the store experience around the information and decisions that matter to your buyers.
We can improve category navigation, product descriptions, images, variant choices, and shipping or returns information. We also review the path to checkout and what the platform supports. We agree on the changes and testing around the problems your customers face.
The scope can include
- A review of product discovery and the purchase journey
- Product-page content and layout recommendations
- Prioritized store improvements and agreed implementation
- Product catalog migration, with data requirements and testing scoped separately
A useful starting point if: Customers are visiting your store but struggling to compare products, find important details, or complete the next step.

Landing pages and conversion-focused reviews
A focused landing page gives one audience a clear offer and next step. A conversion review examines where an existing page may be making that action harder than it needs to be.
We consider the traffic source, opening message, supporting information, and the path to a form, booking, or purchase. Where useful data is available, it helps guide the review; where it isn't, we make the assumptions explicit. The work can lead to recommendations, a redesigned page, or a new page built for a specific campaign. Testing is planned around the traffic and measurement the site can support.
The scope can include
- Page brief and intended conversion action
- Copy and layout recommendations or an agreed page build
- Measurement requirements and a practical evaluation plan
A useful starting point if: You need a destination for a campaign or want to improve a page that attracts visitors but produces too few useful actions.

A FEW PRACTICAL DETAILS
Questions you may have
Do I need a new website or improvements to the one I have?
That depends on the site's structure, platform, content, and current problems. A focused review may reveal that a smaller set of changes will do the job. A rebuild makes more sense when the existing foundation prevents the experience or functionality you need.
Which website platform should I use?
We work with WordPress and Shopify and have experience with Squarespace and Webflow. The choice depends on your content, product catalog, selling requirements, integrations, and internal resources. We'll compare the relevant options and explain the ongoing responsibilities before recommending a platform.
How much will my website cost?
The cost depends on the pages, design requirements, content, features, integrations, and migration work. Our website estimator can help you explore how those choices affect the investment. A confirmed proposal follows a review of your requirements.
Can you improve an existing online store?
Yes. We improve e-commerce stores and product pages. We review the current platform and customer journey, then agree on the changes, access, and testing needed.
Can you migrate our existing website content and products?
Yes. We migrate existing pages, media, and product catalogs. We scope the content, data, redirects, and testing separately, based on the current site and destination platform. Before work begins, we agree on what will move, how it will be mapped, and how the migrated content and key actions will be checked.
Will SEO be considered during the website build?
Yes. Structure, clear page content, metadata, and discovery considerations belong in the website plan. A deeper search opportunity review, content program, or ongoing SEO engagement can be scoped through SEO & AI Search.
Will I own my website and receive the project files?
After final payment, you own the custom work we create for your project and receive administrator access and the relevant source and design files. Third-party platforms, themes, plugins, and assets remain subject to their own licenses. We identify those items and their licensing requirements as part of the handoff.
Who owns and pays for the hosting and platform accounts?
You hold and pay for your own hosting and website-platform accounts. RVABro handles setup and coordination, with access and responsibilities agreed for the project.
Who purchases and renews paid themes, plugins, and software?
You purchase and renew paid themes, plugins, and other project software directly. RVABro advises on selection and setup, so the tools fit the agreed website requirements. Third-party license terms continue to apply.
Will you show our team how to update the website?
Yes. Website handoff includes client training and practical documentation for routine content updates. We agree on the topics and format in the project scope, based on your platform and the tasks your team needs to handle.
Do you offer ongoing website maintenance after launch?
Yes. We offer updates, backups, routine checks, and troubleshooting as applicable to your platform. Maintenance is scoped separately from the build, with tasks, schedule, and support arrangements agreed in the proposal.
