AI CONSULTING
Practical AI consulting, starting with the work your team already does.
AI is easier to evaluate when you give it a specific job. RVABro Media helps you examine a workflow, choose a focused use case, and test whether an AI-assisted approach is useful enough to keep.
We offer workflow assessments, pilots, implementation of approved workflows, and team training for businesses nationwide. Ongoing monitoring, troubleshooting, and updates are available under a separate support scope.
THE STARTING POINT
Find the task worth improving.
If your team is trying AI tools but struggling to make them useful day to day, start with the work itself. We look at where a task slows down, what information it needs, and who checks the result. Then we test whether AI can help.
HOW WE WORK
From a first test to an approved workflow.
01
Understand the task
Review the current process, constraints, inputs, and the people responsible for the outcome.
02
Define the pilot
Choose a limited use case and agree on what would make it useful enough to continue.
03
Build and evaluate
Try the workflow with suitable examples and inspect output quality, review effort, and failure cases.
04
Decide and document
Record what worked and what needs improvement. If you approve the workflow for everyday use, agree on a separate scope for integrations, testing, and rollout.
Platforms and tools
We work with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok Bot, Notion, Zapier, n8n, and AirOps. We choose tools around the task, your existing systems, data requirements, and available licenses. The tools and connections included in your project are agreed in the scope.
How we evaluate the work
A pilot can compare completion time, correction effort, consistency, and task success against the current process. We agree on the baseline and review the actual results before discussing broader adoption.

Workflow and opportunity assessment
An AI workflow assessment examines how a task is performed today and where assistance might help. We consider the work, the information it uses, and the people responsible for the result before recommending a tool.
We map the inputs, steps, handoffs, and recurring problems with your team. Potential use cases are compared by usefulness, feasibility, data requirements, and the amount of review they would need. Some tasks may be better served by a clearer process or conventional automation. The output is a set of practical options, with a recommended place to test and the assumptions that need checking.
The scope can include
- A map of the selected workflow and its pain points
- Prioritized AI and automation opportunities
- A proposed pilot with requirements and success criteria
A useful starting point if: Your team is interested in AI but needs help choosing a useful, realistic place to begin.

Focused AI pilots and prototypes
An AI pilot tests one defined use case before you commit to a wider rollout. A prototype makes the proposed workflow concrete enough for your team to try and evaluate.
We agree on the task, inputs, expected output, and evaluation criteria, then build a limited version for testing. For example, a pilot might turn an inquiry into a draft internal brief for someone to review. We test ordinary cases and situations where the workflow should stop or ask for help, recording quality, review effort, and what still needs work before rollout.
When a workflow is approved for everyday business use, we can implement it in your existing systems. Integrations, testing, and rollout are scoped separately from the initial pilot, with access requirements and approval steps agreed before implementation.
After rollout, we offer ongoing monitoring, troubleshooting, and updates for implemented workflows. Support is scoped separately, with the coverage and responsibilities agreed for your workflow.
The scope can include
- A working prototype for the agreed use case
- Representative test cases and an evaluation record
- Recommendations to improve, expand, or stop the pilot
- Implementation of approved workflows under a separate scope for integrations, testing, and rollout
A useful starting point if: You have a specific idea and want evidence that it works before investing in a larger implementation.

Human review and approval design
We define where a person checks an AI-assisted result and which actions need approval before the workflow continues.
Reviewers need enough context to spot mistakes and a way to correct them. We identify which outputs stay as drafts, which actions need approval, and how to handle missing information, uncertain results, or failed connections. The design sets out responsibilities for the pilot or implemented workflow.
The scope can include
- Review points and approval responsibilities
- Checks for output quality and permitted actions
- Exception, escalation, and correction paths
A useful starting point if: You want AI assistance while keeping people accountable for published content, customer communication, or other consequential actions.

Team guidance and practical documentation
Team guidance helps people use an agreed AI workflow consistently. Practical documentation explains how to run it, review the result, and handle the situations that don't go to plan.
Live sessions use your team's tasks and tools, with topics, session count, and delivery format agreed in each proposal. Documentation can include worked examples, reusable instructions, and review checklists. It identifies who owns the workflow and what to revisit when the process, tool, or information changes.
The scope can include
- A workflow guide and reusable examples
- Live team sessions, with topics, session count, and delivery format agreed in the proposal
- Review checklists, ownership, and maintenance notes
A useful starting point if: A useful experiment needs to become a process your team can understand and use with confidence.
A FEW PRACTICAL DETAILS
Questions you may have
Do we need to know which AI tool we want?
No. Start with the task and the problem you want to solve. We review the requirements and existing systems before discussing tools. That also helps identify cases where a process change or simpler automation may be enough.
What is a good first AI pilot?
A useful first pilot has a clear task, suitable information, a result someone can evaluate, and a manageable consequence if it gets something wrong. A draft internal brief or an assisted content review may be easier to evaluate than a workflow that acts without supervision.
Will AI send messages or make changes automatically?
Only if those actions are deliberately included and approved in the workflow scope. A pilot can keep outputs as drafts and require a person to review them before anything is sent, published, or changed.
Can we use our business or customer information?
We need to understand what information is involved, where it would be processed, and which tools and settings are appropriate. Pilot data and access should be agreed before testing. Suitable sample or de-identified information may be enough for an initial evaluation.
Does a successful pilot mean the system is ready for everyday use?
Not automatically. A pilot establishes what works within its test scope. We can implement an approved workflow for everyday business use, with integrations, testing, and rollout scoped separately from the initial pilot. Before rollout, we agree on access controls, human approval steps, and any remaining requirements.
Can you help our team learn the workflow?
Yes. We offer live team sessions and practical documentation, with topics, session count, and delivery format agreed in each proposal. Training focuses on your actual tasks, how to check results, and what to do when the workflow needs human attention.
Do you offer support after a workflow is implemented?
Yes. We offer ongoing monitoring, troubleshooting, and updates for implemented workflows. Support is scoped separately from the pilot and implementation, with coverage and responsibilities agreed for your workflow.
How are AI assessments and pilots priced?
AI workflow assessments and pilots are quoted individually based on scope, with pricing agreed in each proposal. These are separate from the free introductory growth assessment. We do not publish fixed packages for this work.
